Beginner and Intermediate Birding Class -- April 2026

Eastside Audubon is offering new birding classes for beginners and intermediate birder.

Kevin O’Malley, a naturalist and experienced birder, will teach the classes. O’Malley has led educational walks since 2004 and currently heads the South Sound Nature School. He will be joined by Barbara Petersen, an avid birder who regularly leads field trips for the Rainier Audubon Society.

No experience is necessary. Binoculars are recommended but not required.
